The Toto® Nexus® 1-Piece High-Efficiency Toilet is an elegantly designed fixture, featuring a 1.28 gpf flush and an elongated bowl with a 16-1/8 inch rim height. Crafted from vitreous china in a sleek cotton white finish, this floor-mounted toilet includes a 12-inch rough-in and a 2-1/8 inch diameter trapway. The Nexus® is equipped with Tornado Flush™, a dual-nozzle system that creates a powerful centrifugal rinse, ensuring efficient cleaning with each flush. Its 1-piece design eliminates gaps where dirt and debris can accumulate, making it easier to maintain compared to traditional 2-piece toilets. This design also reduces the risk of leaks from bolts or gaskets.

The Toto® Nexus® enhances bathroom aesthetics with its skirted design, which conceals the trapway and simplifies cleaning by eliminating hard-to-reach areas. The inclusion of CEFIONTECT®, a smooth glaze that prevents particle adhesion, further reduces the need for frequent cleanings and harsh chemicals. Designed with Toto®'s Universal Height, it offers a comfortable seat position for a wide range of users. This model is compatible with Toto®'s T40 WASHLET®+ and Auto Flush systems, allowing for seamless upgrades. The Nexus® meets ADA compliance and adheres to EPA WaterSense® and California's CEC and CAL Green standards. It includes a left-hand chrome trip lever and Toto®'s SoftClose® seat, with additional installation items such as a wax ring, mounting bolts, and water supply lines sold separately.
