This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website or other sales channels operated by MeetManu (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in San Antonio, Texas, USA. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy, our Return & Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During peak periods (holidays, sales events, or high-volume times), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (for international orders). The specific carrier and service level will depend on your shipping address, item weight, size, and shipping option selected at checkout.

We reserve the right to use alternative carriers if necessary.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address
  • Item weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed due to our error. We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated in a promotion.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • United States (Domestic): 3–7 business days (standard shipping). Expedited options may be available at checkout.
  • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days.
  • Europe & Other International Destinations: 10–21 business days (may vary by country and customs processing).

Actual delivery times may be longer due to carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), weather, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or third parties.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and VAT/GST imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
  • We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges.
  • Some items may be restricted or prohibited by certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are legal to import into your country.

6. Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the provided link.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

7. Shipping Issues

  • Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@meetmanu.com with photos of the damage and packaging. For lost packages, we will investigate with the carrier once the estimated delivery window has passed.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-ship the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery or fail to pick up your package, you will not be refunded for shipping costs, and return shipping fees may apply.

8. Backorders & Pre-Orders

Items marked as backordered or pre-order will have estimated ship dates listed on the product page. We will notify you of any delays.

9. Important Disclaimers & Limitations

  • All delivery times are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any shipping-related issue is limited to the cost of the products purchased or re-shipping the order at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipping to certain addresses or countries at our sole discretion.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protections under EU law take precedence where they apply.
