Greenway Biotech Strawberry Fertilizer 8-12-32 is a water-soluble fertilizer for strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and the other berries and fruit trees on its label. It guarantees 8% nitrogen (7.2% nitrate, 0.8% ammoniacal), 12% available phosphate (P₂O₅), and 32% soluble potash (K₂O), with EDTA-chelated iron, manganese, zinc, and copper plus boron and molybdenum.
The label’s soil rate for berries is 3 grams per plant every 4 to 6 weeks, from planting until just before the first harvest. With a soil test, size a bed by the potash the test recommends. In hydroponics, dose it to a potassium target and keep it in a separate stock tank from calcium nitrate.
It contains no calcium or magnesium, and its nitrogen is mostly nitrate, so for blueberries and cranberries it is a potash supplement, not the main fertilizer. Keep to the crops on the label, because it contains boron.
Registered with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA). An independent heavy-metal test found arsenic, cadmium, and lead well below California’s limits. Packed in Madera, California, in 1 to 25 lb sizes.
